Cancellation & Refund

Shipping & Delivery
Products in stock are normally delivered within the number of working days shown on our website.
We will deliver the Products to the address given in your Order. If no one is at the address at the time of delivery, we will inform you of an alternative time for the delivery or a location where you can collect the Products.
Unless arrangements are made with us, you must cover the cost of the return. We reserve the right to not allow for returns or exchanges to our products. 
Please note that exceptions may apply for the return of certain custom-made, hygienic and other products
You are responsible for any damage incurred by items during the return shipment. We therefore strongly recommend that you send the products well packaged, in good condition and in their original box and/or packaging.
If possible, please provide us with a tracking number for the return shipment.

Sunflower oil, Therapeutic Grade Essential Oil Blend 

Precaution: 
- Avoid bare skin exposure to direct sunlight 12 hours after application 

Direction:
Apply a thick layer onto spine & sole of feet 
- Apply 30minutes/hourly when child is sick 
(stomach flu/vomiting/diarrhea/fever/respiratory issue/tummy ache/viral infection etc)
- Apply 2-3x daily when child is well
- Apply every hourly days before and after vaccination 

For sensitive skin, always use together with 'Baby Floral'
1. Apply a thick layer of 'Baby Floral" before layering Sunshine Baby Organic essential oil based product. 
Adjust accordingly as required. 

TIPS:
1. For respiratory condition that may lead to weakening of lungs (Eg: bronchitis/ lung infection/ pneumonia etc) or for children who fall sick easily, essential to apply both chest rub and immunity product one layer after another without specific sequence in which to apply first. 

Apply every hourly even when child is well for at least a few months before very slowly reduce the frequency to apply once every 2 hourly, once every 3 hourly, once every 4 hourly etc. Slowly reduce to 2 to 3x daily when you see child fall sick lesser. 

This may help in boosting immunity which is very important in preventing another recurrence.

Usage Precaution: 
Always conduct patch test before applying on larger area.
Do not apply on open wound.
Avoid applying near eye area.
