1) Are the products safe for everyone?

Our formulas are well formulated with the right balance and chemistry with extensive research. Our product is also lab tested in Singapore with no steroid and paraben. We have thousands of users and happy return customers with close to a thousand of positive reviews which you may refer to in our instagram highlights (@sunshinebabyorganicsg). Our products are suitable from babies to adults. For suitability regarding premature babies, GDPD, pregnancy, breastfeeding, kindly refer to the specific product description. Products should always be used at own discretion and comfort level. Although the products are 100% natural, it does not mean it is allergen free. Please conduct patch test and ensure there is no skin sensitivity or discomfort before applying on large area on the skin. In any event there is skin sensitivity when you had applied on large area on skin even when there is no skin sensitivity during patch test, do discontinue applying the product that may have caused skin sensitivity on the skin sensitivity area temporary and apply the product ‘Baby Floral’ for skin soothing. For sensitive skin and infants, always apply ‘Baby Floral’ first before layering other products. When using Sunshine Baby Organic products, adults have the responsibility to always monitor and determine whether users should continue/discontinue usage and seek proper medical attention when required. Sunshine Baby Organic will not be liable/responsible for any form of skin sensitivity/allergies that the user may experience from applying the products. Kindly do not place your order if you are concerned on any of the details stated in our website or do not trust our products.

2) When is the expiry date?

For new products, guideline of usage is within a year from production but because it does not contain any preservatives, it may expire earlier than that so please use it within a few months and as soon as possible for best result and effectiveness. All products are freshly brewed before posting for best effectiveness. Sunshine Baby Organic will not be liable for any changes in the texture/fragrance of the balm(s) after order had been set as completed. Strictly no refunds and replacement if product expires earlier than a year from purchase date. For used products, please discard within 6 months for hygiene purpose and for best effectiveness. Products that have oil infusion will have a shorter life span.

3) Proper storage of product

Store product in cool, dry environment, away from heat and sunlight.

4) What essential oil brand are we using?

We are unable to reveal the branding of the essential oil company due to strict policy, but you can be well assured that the oils used are 100% Therapeutic Grade and Pure. The Essential oil we used is very well known and highly recommended and used widely around the world. It is organic, pure and free from any synthetic additives.

5) Balms or Rollers?

Both have similar formula and effectiveness. Balms are more moisturizing, takes longer to absorb and their effect last longer. Rollers get absorbed and take effect faster. It is up to individual preference.

6) Can i apply more than one balm/roller together?

It depends on the products. Please check with us on the products that you are concern with. For example, You can apply both Ease my Tummy and Dreamers together at the same time.

7) Anything to take note?

- Before purchasing/using, kindly read through and be aware of all the product details, terms and conditions, FAQs, usage, directions and application area. Please kindly purchase/use only if you understand, comfortable and agreeable on what is stated. - Please seek proper medical attention if condition worsen or did not improve. - User has the responsibility to stop or discontinue using the product if they deem it unsuitable. - Sunshine Baby Organic Balms/Blends are not medication and can only act as a support. They are not meant to replace any form of medical treatments or drugs. Please consult professional doctor when necessary. - Stay away from eyes - Not for internal consumption - The interval between applying the products and medication is around 1 hour. - Although we have close to a thousand of positive reviews, result varies among individuals

8) My balm had melted or turned Grainy. Is this normal?

It is normal and not to worry! If the smell does not turn bad and had not expire, it is still good to use and will be still as effective. As the balms has to undergo courier processing, it is inevitable these balms may be subjected to temperature fluctuations. As these balms are natural and there are no added chemicals, stabilizers, etc, it's a natural reaction to temperature fluctuations. Thus, even if it's brand new, melted or grainy balms may be encountered as per explained above. Different balms and also different batch of balms have different texture. Thus, it's normal if the texture of two balms are different. In the event if you had received a balm that is watery, simply put inside the fridge till the balm solidify back. Melted or grainy balms are not considered a quality flaw and is not refundable/returnable/replaceable in this situation. Sunshine Baby Organic Balms are all-natural and thus, it is best to use as soon as possible for best effectiveness.

9) Lead time

Promotional Items – Parcel will be posted to courier within at least 2 working weeks or as per stated in current promotion. Non-promotional items – Parcel will be posted to courier within 5 working days Urgent order - Kindly inform us through WhatsApp together with the payment screenshot and order number that your order is urgent and we will try our best to expedite. For any item(s) that is under preorder or promotion, please note that all the products in the same order with the item that is under preorder or promotion will be posted together, lead time will be base on preorder or promotion, whichever is later. Private Courier will usually take an estimation of 3 working days to deliver after collecting from collection point and we will not be responsible for any delayed mails due to no fault of ours and purely delay due to private courier after posting to collection point. For those who had placed order for promotional item(s), we highly recommend that you check with us on your order status first before placing a regular order to get it faster. * Week/Date/Day/Time of delivery cannot be chosen. * All orders will only be processed on the next working day . (Monday-Friday, excluding Public Holiday) * Any promo code used are considered promotional items. * We do not have self collection mode and is not able to accept any other form of special delivery arrangement made by buyer.

10) Mode & Price of Delivery

Courier used: Private Courier Delivery fee is $5.50 Minimum spending shown in the website for free shipping is not fixed. We do not have any self-collection or any other mode of shipping. We are unable to provide any additional form of message note to recipient. Private Courier has a maximum of 2 delivery attempts. After which, the parcel will be returned to Sunshine Baby Organic. The customer will have to bear the additional shipping fee of $5.50 even if the value of the order is able to get free shipping. Failure to do so, Sunshine Baby Organic will not be able to send out the parcel. Strictly no refunds will be made. Any dispute will not be entertained. For Private Courier, it will be all contactless. No tracking number will be available. Please indicate your details (contact number and full address) properly and correctly and double check the details during check out. Please take note that only residential address should be provided. Any office/commercial address and off-island address, e.g. Sentosa, Jurong Island, etc. will not be accepted. Sunshine Baby Organic will not be liable in any case of wrong delivery address/delivery delays due to incorrect/insufficient details stated in the order after we had passed your parcel to the courier. We are not able to change any details in the order once parcel had been handed over to the private courier. There will strictly be no replacement or refunds in any case the parcel is delivered to the wrong location due to incorrect/insufficient information given. In any case parcel is being returned to us due to wrong address stated in the order, additional shipping fee applies and to be bear by the customer whether or not the order is entitled for free shipping. Deal will be deemed as completed once parcel had been delivered and photo proof had been taken. Sunshine Baby Organic will not be liable for any lost parcel or any form of damages after parcel had been placed at doorstep. If you are unable to find your parcel, please check the riser, check with your family members or with your neighbour. There will strictly be no form of replacement or refunds.

11) What to do if i did not receive my products?

Our courier has good track record of delivery and 100% delivery rate. Typically, the common events are parcel is well hidden by courier or parcel was passed to one of the household member. Kindly do check all hidden spots nearby your doorstep and also check with all family members. Should you still unable to locate the parcel, please inform us within specified lead time for your order. We will not be responsible for any late notification of parcel missing/not received.

12) What to do if the product breaks or not in good condition when it reaches me

All products undergo 100% inspection procedure before posting. Unfortunately, breakages do happen from time to time. When breakages happens, please kindly liaise with Sunshine Baby Organic directly and provide the following via email [sunshinebabyorganic@hotmail.com]: - Clear picture showing the product that was received is not in good condition/broken glass, etc. - Include the order number, name, contact number, full address and the size/product that was broken or was not received in good condition. Any of the above details not followed/provided, we will be unable to process further for any possible replacement. This also must be done within 3 days upon receiving the parcel. Any required information provided beyond 3 days will not be entertained. Deal will be considered closed after 3 days and any issues with broken/missing/wrong items sent shall not be entertained. Day 1 is considered the day the parcel was delivered. The 3 days include weekend and PH. Note: 1.Replacement is only one time, should there be any further breakage, there will not be any further replacement. Sunshine Baby Organic reserves the final right of decision in case of any dispute.

13) What to do if you have received the wrong order

Upon receiving the parcel, customer has the responsibility to check and account for any breakage/missing items/wrong items/items not in good condition as soon as parcel had been delivered. Any issue/discrepancy should be informed to Sunshine Baby Organic via email to sunshinebabyorganic@hotmail.com within 3 days. Deal will be considered closed after 3 days and any issues regarding broken items/missing items/wrong items/items not in good condition shall not be entertained. Day 1 is considered the day the parcel was delivered. The 3 days include weekend and PH.

14) Giveaway Disputes

There is no product replacement/refunds of any shipping fee in any case any product(s) won from giveaway was damaged/not received in good condition. Sunshine Baby Organic will also not be liable for any missing/lost parcel/mail. In any case a wrong product/product quantity is sent, there will be no redelivery/refunds of any shipping fee paid. Sunshine Baby Organic reserves the final right of decision in case of any dispute.

15) Are the products returnable or refundable

Sunshine Baby Organic Essential Oil Balms are hand brewed with love. Thus, every single piece is not equal and perfect. Our packing procedure includes a 100% inspection and thorough quality check had been done before they had been packed and posted. However, if you are not pleased with the quality of the product, you can email to sunshinebabyorganic@hotmail.com within 3 days (refer to FAQ point 11&12). We will try our best to get back within 5 working days. The products are not refundable or returnable to maintain upmost hygiene. For aesthetic flaws, damage, possible leakage that may arise during delivery process after passing to courier. E.g. dented, torn stickers, scratches, chipping, melted/grainy balms, balms shifted to one side due to impact/melting etc., as long as product quality is not impacted and still usable, product will not be replaced or refunded. Sunshine Baby Organic reserves the right to reject any claims for return/refund/replacement that we deemed as insufficient evidence provided or not a valid reason that meets our stated criteria. Any dispute will not be entertained.

16) Can you hold my order when I have not paid?

Orders will be fulfilled only after payment is made on the same day. Unpaid orders will be cancelled the next day. Please place a new order when your order had been cancelled. Order will only be processed after we had received full payment at our side and had been notified through WhatsApp. If you had transferred the payment but we did not receive it successfully at our end, please check with your bank as payment may be pending and it may be an unsuccessful payment. Any refunds should only be handled by the bank.

17) Can I change/amend my orders/address?

To avoid any confusion or human mistakes and for us to have a proper documentation, orders cannot be changed. If you wish to get another product, please place another order. Shipping fee applies for new order placed. For all orders, strictly no changes of details and no refund/cancellation is allowed after payment is made. Strictly no choosing of date/time of delivery and no estimation of delivery will be provided. Strictly only one delivery address and one contact detail is allowed. Please check through your order thoroughly before submitting your order.

18) Can I cancel my order if I decided not to purchase anymore after making payment?

Payment received will strictly not be refunded. Orders cannot be cancelled after payment is completed and will be considered as processed orders even if it is just seconds/minutes later. For late payment cases whereby payment is made after order is cancelled, please place a new order and inform the new order number together with payment screenshot. Do note that there will be strictly no refund. Please read our FAQ, product description etc thoroughly before ordering and making your payment.

19) Checkout of outdated price items and late payment after sales ended.

If a customer adds items to cart during a sales period but checks out after the sale has ended: 1. If sale prices are still applied, order will be cancelled and a new order reflecting regular price is required. Customer will then need to top up the difference. Strictly no refund and no cancellation. If a customer adds items to cart when there is no sale/promotion but checks out when there is a sale/promotion: 1. If customer has not made any payment yet, simply inform us to cancel the order and place a new order. Pay accordingly to the new order. 2. If customer has already made the payment, sorry we are unable to provide any refund for the differences and strictly no cancellation. If customer placed a sales order but only made payment after sales ended: 1. Customer will need to top up price difference for regular price for us to proceed to process the order as regular order. There is strictly no refunds even if sales order had been cancelled and late payment is made.

20) Purchase with Purchase Policy

*Terms & Conditions:* 1. *Minimum Spend Requirement*: Total product spending (excluding shipping & priority fee & PWP products) must be of minimum value stated on website to qualify for 1 PWP product. 2. *Invalid Orders*: Orders will be automatically be cancelled if (strictly no refunds and balance credit will be provided) : - Total spending did not meet PWP criteria to qualify for PWP purchase. - Wrong quantity of PWP product is added. - PWP product is added without a qualifying purchase. 3. *Replacement Orders*: Customer will have to place a new order immediately within the same promotion period to get the same promotion prices. Strictly no sales pricing once item is sold out or promotion ended. *Important Notes:* - Cancelled orders will be issued Balance credits, these credits are non-refundable, non-transferable and will be forfeited if not used within 2 days. - PWP product(s) is only available with qualifying purchases. 21) Balance Credit Policy

*Terms & Conditions:* 1. Balance credits must be used in a single transaction within 2 days. 2. Unused balance credits expire after 2 days and will be forfeited, with no refunds issued. No extensions will be granted. It is the customer's responsibility to monitor product availability and use their balance credit within the specified timeframe. 3. 22) What happened if i had mixed up the caps?

Please be careful and do not mix up the caps. If the colour of the balm/product is the same, the only way to differentiate will be through the fragrance. It will be very difficult for us to advise on the different fragrance on individual product. If you approach us for help to differentiate the products that you had mixed up, kindly describe the fragrance of the individual tubs so we can help to advise accordingly. Even so, it may not be accurate as product cross contamination may has already occur through usage and it also rely on very accurate smell description provided to us. Please kindly remember to make some markings on the container itself after receiving the products if you have the tendency to mix up the caps.

23) Why does my balm smell different? Why is the texture different?

Due to the nature of the products and the ingredients used, the colour, texture, consistency and fragrance may be different from batch to batch. You might receive one batch that is softer and another batch harder. This is very normal and not within our control as they are all from natural source. The effectiveness will still be the same.

24) Are your products lab tested?

Yes! Our product 'Soothe my skin' is certified to be free from steroid and paraben by Singapore recognized lab. However, due to confidentiality issue, we no longer disclose the certification and information relevant to it. Kindly only proceed to purchase only if you trust our products.

25) Any promotions?

Our sales is always random and we will not notify beforehand.

26) What are the payment mode?

You can Paynow/Paylah to 8839 5526. Include order number when transferring. Please WhatsApp us the proper payment screenshot, order number and name to 8839 5526. Any emails, SMS or notification through Instagram message will not be accepted. Failure to do so may result you not getting your parcel as we may miss out your order during packing. Sunshine Baby Organic will not be responsible for the late processing for your order in this case. Your order will only be processed once full payment (inclusive of any payable shipping fee) had been made and we had been notified with the payment screenshot, order number and name. If you had paid but had forgotten to state your order number when transferring, kindly state your bank account full name that you had used to transfer and payment date so we can check and verify.
